As we move into March, we are taking a moment to reflect on the energies around us. With so much happening in the world, we’ve decided that there is enough MADNESS and to shift our focus from competition to compassion with our March Metta initiative. Instead of our usual March Madness, we invite you to join us in cultivating love and kindness through meditation. No challenge, no winners, no prizes - just love.

To support this, we’re adding two morning meditation classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 AM starting 3/3. These sessions will center around Metta (loving-kindness), helping you start your day with positive intentions and peaceful thoughts.

You can practice in studio or on your own by adding this simple, yet profound practice into your daily life, allowing you to spread kindness anytime, anywhere.
