Join us for a heart-centered, soul-nourishing experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release stress, and awaken your creativity. This 2-hour workshop blends mindfulness, self-reflection, intuitive art, and gentle spiritual guidance in a warm, welcoming space — no meditation or painting experience needed.

Opening Grounding & Intention Setting
We’ll begin with calming breathwork and gentle grounding to help you arrive fully and set personal intentions for self-love, healing, and creative flow.

Guided Self-Love Meditation — with Marissa
Marissa will guide you through a deeply relaxing meditation focused on compassion, inner worth, emotional release, and heart-centered healing.

Intuitive Card Readings — with Jessica
Jessica will offer intuitive group card pulls and optional mini-readings. Mini-readings are available for a small donation as an energy exchange.

Mindful Artistry: Intuitive Painting — facilitated by both Jessica & Marissa
Using paints and mixed media, you’ll be guided to create from intuition rather than perfection. This process allows you to express emotions, release stress, and reconnect with your inner voice — no artistic experience needed.
