Being in the medical field we often are faced with death, whether it is predicted or a tragedy; neither are easy, neither have known or anticipatory words for how to handle; neither have a timeframe for how long the grief and pain will last. Both, however, do have certainty. Certainty that our life truly has meaning. Both ensure that our days are often guided by a force much more powerful than we can ever expect to understand. And both the knowledge that our circle, our tribe, our support, is what will help to lift us in our time of sorrow.

We at the Health Center empower all of our patients to find their inner power, to reflect and appreciate all that each and every life has to offer, and to know that we are a resource every step of the way.

Health is not just about living but living your best life and that is what we hope to bring to all!

Prayers, hugs, support to all the lives lost over the last several days. Hug each other, love each other, and respect each other. 💕

Today, at PVA, we gathered up all of our donations and we were able to give:

*194 pounds of food to the Regional Food Bank
*An entire Thanksgiving Meal for a family of 5; 76 pounds of additional food; and a Target gift card

Thank you to everyone who participated!! What a wonderful way to kick of the season of giving!!
