The RehabGym is starting our Aqua Fit class back up on May 6th! It’ll be a $15 drop it rate every Wednesday at 10am. The class is for all ability levels and will focus cardio, strength, and flexibility in a low impact environment. We hope to see you this Wednesday 🏊

Our Colchester location is starting a new senior strength class staring May 5th! The program will emphasize exercises and techniques that support building strength/ mobility, and preventing injuries. $10 a class or $95 for the six week bundle. Email curlerfitness@yahoo.com with any questions
