Job Summary:
Seeking compassionate, team-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who share our mission of making a difference and profoundly impacting the lives of children with autism. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience with insurance-funded ABA services.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavioral interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to coordinate care.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience:
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required.
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
Familiarity with developmental needs of children and special education background is preferred.
Familiarity with CPT codes, diagnostic evaluation processes, and patient assessment techniques is essential.
Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral therapy outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

-Opportunities for clinic, school and in-home
-Conduct assessments, create and supervise positive behavior plans, create treatment plans compliant with insurance funder guidelines, create and implement quality and effective programs.
-Provide ABA services for children with Autism
-Provide supervision to RBT's
We believe in working collaboratively together as a team – with warmth, clarity and good humor - striving to include the skills and principles of ABA in all our interactions with our clients, parents and service provider teams.
Requirements:
BCAB BCBA Certification, State Licensed (LBA), experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism and strong programming skills.

Preferred:
Previously credentialed with insurance funders, experienced in Rethink software, 1-3 years experience as BCBA, 8 hour supervisory course completed.

Salary: $65,000-$90,000 based on experience
