I have been teaching Pilates since 2004 and my background in Physical Therapy allows me to be creative on this journey of intelligent exercise connecting mind to body. I can customize private, duet and group classes as well as train in my private studio on my Tower/chair/reformer. In 2017 , i expanded my journey and am now a Polestar Rehabilitation Practitioner and A Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner. I am here to help bring balance into your life through sound, movement and empowerment.
