My new office is finally ready to go! To celebrate the grand opening I am offering a 10% discount on my Basic Nutritional Therapy package to the first 10 people who book before 11/24. Start in early December or first thing in January 2023!

Big news: we got chickens!! 🐓

They are the most hilarious talkative ladies, and I love them! They’re enjoying a watermelon treat here on a hot day.

We’ve especially been enjoying the fresh eggs- talk about pasture raised! The taste is incredible, and they have much more omega-3 fatty acids than commercially produced eggs. 🥚🥚🥚

And they’re all named after characters from Tumble Leaf. (Any other mamas watch this with their kiddos? It’s so darling, on Amazon Prime…) 🍃🦊

I didn’t realize how much I needed that reset–and it was so powerful to be able to share my intention with a circle of supportive humans.

The nutrition world is full of special diets, supplements, teas, weight-loss advice…. But please remember that there is not and never will be a “magic pill” that will solve everything or “heal” you. 🌿

It is often the simplest smallest change–a morning walk, upping your hydration, adding in a few more fresh fruits/herbs/veggies to your plate, embracing healthy fats–that can bring the most benefit to your body. Simple can be powerful! 💪

(I’m lookin’ at you, celery juice detox cleanses, skinny teas, 1200 calorie diets and pills that claim to “cure” insulin resistance!!)

✨I am SO excited to announce that I am joining the team (the Dream Team!) at in Beacon, NY as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and educator. I will also be helping to support a monthly group for postpartum women, as well as other monthly nutrition workshops. 🧡

DayDream Collaborative’s mission is to “provide accessible holistic care to support communities in healing from the effects of trauma and addiction.”

No matter your body size, age, ability, you deserve to feel good in your body. 🧡

Yes there will be better days, days with pain, days we rush around like a whirlwind, days we slow down.

No matter where you are on the spectrum of “health,” what can you do to nourish and care for your body today?

It could be some simple stretches away from your computer.
It could be eating a fresh piece of fruit outside.
Eating a chocolate chip cookie with your kid.
Going for a short walk around the block.
Drinking a glass of water right now.
Or taking one slow breath in and out.

Tis the season…for bone broth! Winter is a great time to make a cozy & nourishing bone broth at home. It’s super easy and so comforting in these cold winter months. And the benefits are never ending! 💪

I like to make a big batch on the weekend and then sip it all week. It’s also great to throw in other recipes like sauces and when cooking rice.

Hot tip: Don’t skip the peppercorns if you’ve got them- they really put it over the top! ✨
