We recently completed a concrete project around our Coldspring campus, and the results go beyond just new pavement. This work reflects our commitment to the people who make Coldspring what it is, including our employees, and the customers who rely on us every day.

The improvements are already making a difference with smoother, safer surfaces that reduce slips and trips, less wear and tear on forklifts and trucks, easier access to the truck scale, and a cleaner, more organized work environment.

This transformation shows what is possible when safety and accessibility are prioritized. Visitors, customers, and our community now experience a safer, more efficient, and welcoming environment at our campus.

In Norwood, Massachusetts, the Boch Pavilion stands as a serene place for reflection and remembrance. Built for Ernie Boch, Jr. and his family, this Greek Doric-style memorial blends tradition with thoughtful design. Charcoal Black® granite from Coldspring was used for the columns, cladding, stairs, and landscape, creating a quiet and contemplative environment. Every detail, from the copper-capped dome to the intricately milled triglyphs, was designed with care and precision.

The mausoleum is more than stone and architecture. It is a space where family, friends, and visitors can pause, honor memories, and experience a moment of peace. Coldspring is proud to have provided the granite and expertise that helped bring this vision to life, ensuring every detail contributes to a space of lasting beauty and reflection.

A new 31-foot Obelisk now stands in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This project came together smoothly thanks to the skill, dedication, and teamwork of our Coldspring team.

Crafted from Barre Gray granite, the Obelisk replaces the original monument, which was damaged in a storm after standing for more than 100 years and removed over five years ago. Today, it once again serves as a lasting tribute that will inspire and honor for generations.

We are proud and grateful to have been part of bringing this meaningful memorial back to life. With more than a century of experience in natural stone, Coldspring is honored to help communities preserve their history and create memorials that endure.

The newly remodeled Cold Spring Fire & Rescue is nearing completion, and Coldspring is proud to have contributed to this important community project. At its entrance, a custom granite emblem stands as a permanent symbol of pride and gratitude for the firefighters who protect and serve.

Supporting the places that keep our neighborhoods safe is at the core of what we do. This project reflects not only our craftsmanship, but also our commitment to the people who make our community strong.
