What is Fit Camp? 🤔
Fit Camp is a fun, high energy group workout designed to help you get stronger, feel better, and move your body! It’s meant for all body types no matter where you’re starting from 🙌🏻
Each session mixes strength, cardio, and core exercises in a supportive team environment. Every workout can be modified or intensified, so whether you’re a beginner just getting started or someone who’s been training for years, you’ll be challenged at your own level 👏🏻
Fit Camp is all about showing up, giving your best effort, and being part of a supportive community that motivates each other. You don’t need to be “in shape” to join, you just need to start!! We love seeing new faces, so we hope to see you tomorrow night! Classes start at 6pm, so show up 5 minutes early 🤩
