As a key member of our Admissions team, Sandy spends her days guiding families through the emotional journey of placing a loved one. During the pre-admission process, one of the most common questions families ask her is: "Would you place a loved one here?"
Because of her experience with Susan, Sandy can answer with a confident, heartfelt YES!
Sandy has the rare perspective of being both the professional and the daughter. When it came time to find the best care for her own mother, she chose the very team she works alongside every day. Her personal journey allows her to lead with even more empathy, knowing exactly what our families are feeling during a difficult transition.
