Your lymphatic system, that removes waste and toxins, doesn't have a pump to circulate the fluid like the circulatory system has the heart. The only way to keep your lymph system flowing is by moving your body. A couple of ways to tell if your lymph system needs some extra care is to look at your collar bones and armpits. If either one is puffy, you need to help the lymph fluid move. One great way to do this is by dry brushing.
