Your fl**ge is probably too big—and the research is catching up 💡

Evidence is showing that the average ni**le size is closer to 13–16 mm, not the much larger sizes many pumps default to. When pumping, the ni**le should glide comfortably in the tunnel, not rub, blanch, or pull in excess ar**la.

An incorrect fl**ge size can contribute to:
• Pain or discomfort
• Ni**le damage
• Poor milk removal
• Decreased supply over time

If pumping doesn’t feel right, trust your body—it’s worth a second look. Proper fit matters for comfort and efficiency. 🤍

Does it always have to be a “no”? 🤍 This morning was busy. We had places to be. But saying “yes” to a few minutes in the snow meant joy, connection, and a memory we’ll both carry.❄️ Sometimes a small “yes” can mean everything to our kids — and it’s often in those moments that language, connection, and regulation grow naturally.
