Insight Hospital & Medical Center Coldwater is pleased to announce that Saad Shebrain, MD will be joining the Insight Coldwater General Surgery team. Dr. Shebrain is a board-certified general surgeon providing comprehensive surgical care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques and patient-centered outcomes. He treats a wide range of conditions, including hernias, gallbladder disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and soft tissue masses. Dr. Shebrain is committed to clear communication, safe surgical care, and helping patients return to daily life as quickly and comfortably as possible.

In recognition of National Cardiac Rehabilitation Week, we would like to highlight the dedicated cardiac rehabilitation team at Insight Coldwater.

Our outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program is designed around each individual, helping patients work toward their personal wellness goals. The program includes an evaluation of current medical needs, the development of customized exercise and physical activity plans, and ongoing monitoring of heart rate and blood pressure. Patients also focus on building strength and endurance to better support daily activities and overall quality of life.

Cardiac rehabilitation can benefit many individuals, including those who have experienced a heart attack, undergone a heart procedure or surgery, or are living with various heart disease conditions.
