Merry Christmas friendship Center members! Just wanted to let you guys know I'm working on Friday's dinner. I've got the breads done as well as some of y'all's brownies. I still have the red velvet bundt cake to make plus Christine and I are going to do cupcakes.Amy Leigh is going to make a pecan pie and a pumpkin pie yummy. We're also going to have the fluff anyone that comes there knows what that is and it is now a new tradition that thank goodness got started and everybody loved it. Thank you Amy . That doesn't count the turkey, potatoes ,green beans the homemade macaroni and cheese macaroni salad and the pasta salad that'll be delivered Friday morning that's really good too. So that's just the start of the Christmas dinner at the friendship Center. I so look forward to seeing everybody. Always remember be kind and always stay humble.

Everything's busy at the friendship Center today. Cheri Gary and Cat are making banana bread. Kevin and Eric are decorating Christmas trees and lights hung all over the place. Angel did the walks this morning thank you so much. And Andrew of course always is supervising. Lunch has been served hot dogs and chips they sure enjoy with some hot chocolate and coffee. Hope everybody has a blessed day. remember to always be kind and stay humble.

the Friendship Center is a consumer operated, non-profit organization for persons with mental illness. members are empowered through perr-led activities which provide education, instill hope and teach advocacy skills. In a respectful, peer-supported, environment members are able to achieve life goals while working on mental health recovery and wellness. The Friendship Center is comfortable, safe and understanding of the needs of our members.

Members must be 18 years or older.
