Grief isn’t just something we carry in our hearts… it lives in the body.

It can show up as tight shoulders, a heavy chest, a lump in your throat, exhaustion you can’t quite explain, or even a nervous system that feels constantly “on edge.” When we don’t fully process it, grief has a way of settling into our tissues, our breath, our posture… quietly asking to be felt.

One thing I’ve learned in this season of my life is this:
you don’t heal by going around grief… you heal by going through it.

And that’s what I’ve been witnessing lately in the most sacred way.

To every single client who has come in, who has something heavy on their heart, who is showing up anyway… thank you.
To those who already have appointments scheduled… I’m holding space for you.
And to anyone who has been thinking about coming in but hasn’t yet… maybe this is your gentle nudge 🤍

There’s just something about prepping for a beach trip that feels like a reset for the soul. Packing up the swimsuits, snacks, and all the essentials for sunny days ahead… and this year, I’m extra grateful knowing I’ve got simple, nourishing skincare for my babies and kiddos. 🤍
