We had a great Morning Coffee Hour thanks to Steve Franks-State Farm Agent, and Christopher Rodesiler (Dean Insurance Agency, Inc.)! They helped make sense of home, auto, and health insurance, answered a lot of questions, and walked us through why insurance rates are going up and what that means for all of us. It was an eye-opening and very insightful discussion—and all over a warm cup of coffee at the Hope Cafe.

Join us for our next coffee hour on March 3rd, with Paul Flynn, the Superintendent of Coldwater Community Schools, as he discusses the school's renovation bond.

Branch County Association of Realtors® Christmas Party Raises Funds for Local Charities

Coldwater, MI — The Branch County Association of Realtors® (BCAR) is proud to announce that its annual Christmas Party auction raised significant funds to support several deserving local charities.

Proceeds from the auction were donated to the following organizations:
Levi’s Light — $1,000
Levi’s Light provides support, resources, and awareness for mothers in a labor & delivery unit experiencing a loss.
Let’s Drive Forward — $1,000
Let’s Drive Forward assists individuals and families by helping remove transportation barriers so they can access employment, education, and essential services.
Happy Feet (Altrusa) — $3,210
Happy Feet supports children in need by providing proper footwear and socks, so they can attend school comfortably, confidently, and safely.
Family Promise of Branch County — $4,210
Family Promise of Branch County helps families experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence through shelter, case management, and community-based support programs.

These organizations play a vital role in supporting individuals and families in our community, and BCAR is honored to contribute to their missions. Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are, and this event is a reminder of the impact we can make when we come together. We thank all our members, sponsors, donation contributors, and attendees who participated in the Christmas Party and auction and helped make these contributions possible.
