We’re proud to feature Audrianna Vasquez, who has been a dedicated member of the Briarwood family for two and a half years.

Audrianna currently works as an RA, but her versatility and passion for serving others have led her to many roles within the community—including Dietary, Activities Assistant, and Receptionist. Her willingness to learn, help, and grow has made her an invaluable part of the team.

💡 Fun Fact About Audrianna
Audrianna grew up in a long‑term care environment, often helping her mother. It’s no surprise she has a heart for this work—it’s been part of her life since she was young.

One of Audrianna’s favorite memories is developing a close bond with a resident through activity programs and continuing that relationship in her role as an RA. She also cherishes the opportunity she had to help care for her great‑grandfather, creating a deeply meaningful connection.

Today’s Lunch & Learn was a wonderful success, and we were grateful to spend time with everyone who joined us. A very special thank‑you to our guest speaker, Amy Carles from the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel, for sharing such valuable information on utility scams and how to stay protected.

Her presentation was incredibly informative, and we appreciate the time, knowledge, and resources she provided to our group.

Thank you as well to everyone who attended — your engagement and questions made the event even more meaningful. We look forward to hosting more educational sessions like this in the future!

We’re excited to recognize Lisa Giere from our team! Her coworkers shared so many wonderful things about her — including how she brings positive energy to every shift.

Lisa is known for being incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help her fellow coworkers, residents, and families. She approaches every situation with compassion and somehow manages to juggle it all with ease (they even say she has eyes in the back of her head!).

And through it all, Lisa continues to carry herself with professionalism and dedication.

Our residents had a fantastic St. Patrick’s Day celebration! ☘️💚

They enjoyed festive green beer and took part in a lively four‑leaf clover scavenger hunt built right into their tablecloths. Each resident had to search through the printed clovers to find the lucky four‑leaf one hidden among all the others—lots of laughs and friendly competition!

It was a simple but fun way to bring some extra St. Patty’s cheer to the day. 🍀✨
