No matter your age or fitness level, mobility work is the secret to moving better, feeling stronger, and staying pain-free. 🙌
Taking just a few minutes to stretch and open up your body can:
✅ Improve posture
✅ Boost performance in workouts and daily life
✅ Reduce stiffness and soreness
Here are 3 of our favorite mobility moves to kick off your week 👇
1. World’s Greatest Stretch – This full-body move opens up your hips, hamstrings, and thoracic spine while improving balance.
👉 Step one foot forward into a lunge, place both hands inside your front foot, rotate your chest toward that knee, and reach your arm to the sky.
2. Couch Stretch – The ultimate hip flexor opener! Use a wall or couch to stretch the front of your hips and quads—especially great if you sit a lot or do squats and lunges regularly.
👉 Place one knee on the floor with your foot up against the wall or couch, other leg in front at 90°, then gently press your hips forward.
3. Pigeon Stretch – A classic yoga pose that targets your glutes and hips, helping release deep tension and improve hip mobility.
👉 Bring one leg forward and bend it in front of you, extend the other leg straight behind, then fold your torso over your front leg to deepen the stretch.
