Last week on the podcast we talked about something many people experience:

Sleeping 7–8 hours but still waking up exhausted.

That often happens because your nervous system never fully shifts into recovery mode while you sleep.

Your body has two main states:

Fight or Flight (Stress Mode)
Rest and Digest (Recovery Mode)

Healing, repair, and deep sleep only happen when the recovery system is active.

But many people today are stuck in stress mode most of the day… and even at night.

That’s why someone can sleep all night and still wake up feeling foggy, drained, or “tired but wired.”

🧠 What If We’ve Been Looking at Disease All Wrong?

Most of us have been taught that disease comes from things like inflammation, poor nutrition, toxins, gut issues, or even genetics. But here’s the thing—none of those explain why some people stay “healthy” while others with the same exposures get sick.

If we really want to understand the root cause of disease, we need a first order principle—a truth that applies to every person, every time, no matter the condition.

That principle? 👉 Energetic Debt.

Here’s why it matters:

⚛️ Physics governs everything, even chemistry. And yet, we rarely apply that lens in modern healthcare.
