Love was truly in the air at our Valentine’s Party! From sweet treats to puppy love and lots of laughter, it was a celebration full of joy and friendship. 💘 Cupid made a special appearance delivering beautiful roses to our residents.🌹

A very special congratulations to our Valentine’s Day King & Queen! 👑✨ Your smiles light up our home and remind us that love only grows sweeter with time.

🎈🥊 Balloon-Boxing brings the Fun 🥊🎈

Our residents had a blast participating in Balloon-boxing with our therapy team and Activities director! This creative and energetic activity had everyone smiling, moving, and cheering each other on.

Residents working on their hand-eye coordination, upper body strength, and flexibility--all while having fun. It's amazing how Balloon-boxing can bring so much laughter and positive energy to the room.
We love seeing our community stay active, engaged, and connected through meaningful activities like this. Way to go, everyone! 👏🌟

Thanks to our Furry Friends Project, our residents were matched with lifelike companion pets that purr, bark, and respond to touch and voice. 🐱 🐶

The joy on their faces said everything. These special companions provide comfort, connection, and lots of love and our building was filled with all three. 💙

🎉 National Activity Professionals Week 🎉

This week, we proudly celebrate National Activity Professionals Week and we want to shine a very special spotlight on our Activity Director, Kimberly! ⭐️ We celebrated Kimberly with her favorite spirit day themes, popcorn bar, snacks, Italian potluck and gifts! ♥️

Kimberly brings heart, creativity, and compassion into everything she does. Kimberly goes above and beyond for our residents every single day. She brings so much joy and excitement to our residents. Kimberly does so much behind the scenes work and is always looking for fresh new things to add to the calendar. Kimberly brings the life of the party to Coleman Healthcare! Her contagious laugh, positive energy, and genuine care are such a blessing to our Coleman Healthcare family. We are so grateful for all the joy and compassion she brings to our facility and community! We appreciate you and all you do! ♥️♥️

After a focused stay in our Skilled Nursing Facility, one of our residents is heading back home stronger and safer. 💜

During admission, they experienced a decline ADLs, decreased muscle tone, and reduced safety awareness. Through personalized therapy, consistent nursing support, and daily encouragement, they made meaningful progress toward independence and safe mobility.

Discharges like this remind us why interdisciplinary care matters--meeting residents where they are and helping them return home with confidence.
We're proud to be part of their journey and wish them continued success at home! 🌟
