As we close in on the end of 2024 and a major holiday week upon us, it may not be easy or fun if you are grieving. Memories with those that have crossed over and coming up and can tear us apart at the core. Like our heart breaking all over again.

It’s ok to opt out of your are not feeling up to doing the “things”.

Taking it slow this morning.

Even with many tasks waitingng for me at the office. Reflecting on the wins and removing the rush from my day.

morning air.
❤️ Cooked myself breakfast
❤️ Sittinging In stillness

As a recovering workaholic this Is HUGE. Having no guilt whilee seems info my morning like this is PRICELESS❤️
