Feldenkrais® in Nature - a mini retreat for body and soul
with Jutta Brettschneider GCFP ,OTD

Sunday October 13th, 10am- 12pm

Join a guided walk and learn about efficient walking and bone building strategies, enjoy tree bathing and fall poems in the National Arboretum, nurturing body, soul and mind
We will start with a short “Awareness through Movement”/Bones for life® lesson in standing/sitting. During the walks, we will be taking breaks and learning about efficient walking and bone building strategies, breathing under the powerful trees in hidden corners of the park and sharing some fall poems


Fee for the event is $10-20 (sliding scale, you decide)

It is such a beautiful day. Until my next offered spring walk in the National Arboretum (stay tuned for a date!!), please get yourself outside ( with or without a mask against the pollen) and take a color bath!

So many clients and friends are talking about eye strain lately and sitting long hours with computers, tablets and cell phones. I recall the time when we were complaining about "small prints" and now we are reading email on a cell phone...!
