Pregnancy is a time full of excitement and confusing nutrition advice. If you’ve ever heard things like “you must gain a certain amount of weight” or “your diet has to look totally different now”, you’re not alone. Our new blog post “4 Pregnancy Nutrition Myths (And Why They’re Wrong)” dives into what’s really going on. Click the link below to access the full blog.

⭐ Myth #1: There’s one specific weight gain target for everyone
⭐ Myth #2: Your whole eating routine must completely change
⭐ Myth #3: A smaller body means a healthier pregnancy
⭐ Myth #4: You need perfect meals even when you’re feeling sick

Each of these common beliefs can cause undue stress, shame, or restriction — and none of them truly reflect the complexity of you and your pregnancy.

Remember: Your body, your pregnancy, your journey. Nourishment doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to support you and your baby.

This blog post is for anyone looking for guidance around common misconceptions about nutrition and pregnancy
