So, I did a thing last night on Wellness Wednesday. Every now and then I join a collaboration with the PGPARKS, Suburban Hospital, John Hopkins, MD Health Department. I insert a 30 minute Healthy cooking demonstration within a 90 minute LIVE ZOOM for the most part over 100 attendees each time. I must insert this part. They don't pay me much but I do it anyway because it is my calling and I can assist many people towards a healthier lifestyle. Last night the theme surrounded Diabetes Awareness Month! The recipe I chose supports a diabetic friendly diet. Air Fryed Salmon and Garlic Green Beans. Today, I received a email from a random attendee
Hi All,
"Thank you so much, I enjoyed the session & I wanted to share the meal I cooked tonight. It looks and smells delicious"" 😋

I'd say she understood the assignment. Hers on the left. Mine on the right! She even added a lemon and extra parsley garnish.
