Dear Brazos Valley Dermatology Family,

In light of recent events regarding COVID-19, we at Brazos Valley Dermatology would like to assure you that maintaining a safe environment for our patients and their loved ones is our top priority. We are following guidance from the CDC as well as local health officials and are taking necessary precautions to prevent unintended spread of the disease. Our office will remain open and we will continue to see patients.

PLEASE DO NOT COME IN IF:
-You are experiencing any symptoms of illness including fever, chills, cough, body aches, shortness of breath, you are required to postpone your appointment for 3 weeks.
-You have traveled internationally within the last 2 weeks or have known exposure to someone with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment for a minimum of three weeks.
PLEASE CALL (979) 693-7444 AND WE WILL KINDLY RESCHEDULE YOU

We are taking additional measures to maintain a safe environment for our patients, families, and team members and have the following protocols in place:

-One adult visitor allowed per patient
-No children are allowed in clinic at this time
-non essential personnel and vendors are allowed at this time
-Dr. Weaver and Caitlin Sears, PA and all team members wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before and after each patient interaction
-Our patient care providers will avoid shaking hands without the appropriate PPE (Gloves)
-Our office cleans and disinfects throughout the day; including wiping down door handles, exam rooms, and surface areas
-Hand sanitizer is placed throughout the office for your continued use throughout the duration of your visit
-Magazines have been removed from the waiting room
-Employees showing any signs of illness are instructed not to report to work and will be excused
