• Should you require a refill: have your pharmacy reach out electronically. All new & controlled prescriptions during this time will be subject to a $35 administration fee.

• If you have a medical emergency or become ill, Dr & Nurse telemedicine visits will be $35-75

• If you have paperwork you need rushed before 12/31, this will also incur a $35 charge.
