This breakfast has been on repeat in our house lately & if you’re trying to get eggs into your toddler, you gotta try it
Sometimes it’s not the food, it’s the format. Making foods more snacky, dippable, or easy to grab can make them way more appealing for little ones 🥲
Here’s what you’ll need 👇🏼
3 eggs (or can use 4 eggs w 1/3 c milk)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla & pinch salt
butter (for skillet)
>> preheat oven to 425°F with an oven-safe dish inside, mix or blend ingredients until smooth, add butter to the hot dish, pour in batter, bake 15-18 minutes until puffed & golden
