Adjustments do NOT always have to have pops/cracks…and sometimes shouldn’t!!!

At Heritage Row Chiropractic, we view the way God designed our bodies: unique and fully connected.

Knowing this, each person deserves specific chiropractic adjustments-not popping you just because.

We ALWAYS consider what we believe will be best for you, but also take into consideration your preferences.

This means if you never want a popping or cracking adjustment, you don’t have to receive one! We are trained in various ways to adjust your body that don’t involve popping noises! (In fact, we don’t pop or crack kiddos under 5 years old at app!)

These techniques include Activator, Tonal Integrative Correction, Drops

And if you’re someone who prefers adjustments, that might have a little more noise… and they are what would be best for your health, we can do those too!

*Our doctors will always communicate what will be best for you based off of thorough examination and nervous system scans AND we will prioritize your preferences.*
