The worst weight loss advice in the world is arguably the most common advice given by mainstream dieticians and medical professionals.

I used PPI's for 20+ years. It got to the point that I couldn't digest anything. Some months ago, Rachael Lin Cairn introduced me to digestive bitters which have changed. my. life! It took a little work getting off of the PPIs but once I did it's been amazing!

The root cause of heartburn is the opposite of what you've been told.
