The worst weight loss advice in the world is arguably the most common advice given by mainstream dieticians and medical professionals.
They tell you to "lower your calories" and exercise "portion control." But when you do that, especially repetitively, your body adapts by slowing down your metabolism.
This makes it incredibly difficult to lose weight later in life, and leaves you constantly hungry and craving food. Worse, if you're on a low-calorie, high-carb diet, you’re constantly increasing insulin, which makes it impossible to tap into your body's fat reserves for energy.
The real solution is to lower carbohydrates, which allows insulin to drop, unlocking your body's fat reserves as a superior fuel source.
