This month, we are thrilled to shine a light on Vjola! She has been an invaluable part of our family for two years, serving as one of our pleasant and exceptional housekeepers. If you've ever seen her in the halls, you know she approaches every task with genuine dedication and, most notably, a warm smile. For Vjola, her work is about more than just cleaning, it's about bringing joy to our residents. Her commitment helps create a comfortable, welcoming, and cheerful environment for everyone who lives and visits here. It's truly inspiring to see how she contributes to the daily happiness of our
community. When she's not busy keeping our facility immaculate, she enjoys a rich and fulfilling life outside of work. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She also has a very special talent: baking! She enjoys whipping up some of her famous recipes, skills she proudly learned in her beautiful hometown of Albania. Thank you Vjola for two years of incredible service and commitment to our residents! 🩵

Appreciation post coming at you… Stephanie Lopez-Firman is our Memory Care Director. With this month being Alzheimer’s Awareness Month and Thanksgiving this week we want to express how grateful we are to have her leading our Memory Care team. Stephanie has approached many difficult situations with grace. She approaches tough situations/conversations with honesty and compassion. She cares deeply about her residents. Tonight she hosted her second Dementia Support group that has been a great success! Keep on the look out for her postings for the monthly date. She also completed a huge training as our Postive Approach Coach for Dementia Support this year. Thank you Steph for your hard work and dedication. We adore you. 🩵
