Wednesday’s Bunnies & Spring Play pop-up was special 🐰🌱

It felt so peaceful, wholesome, and just really fun, watching the kids explore, play, and interact with each other and the animals. There was a real sense of connection and community throughout the morning.

Special thank you to CW Pet Parties for being a wonderful part of the day 🤍

So grateful for everyone who came and for the continued growth of Rooted in Function 🌱

Today was so special 🐰🌱

I’m so incredibly grateful to have had CW Pet Parties join us for this event. Emily and her children brought such a calm, kind, and joyful presence. They were so engaging, knowledgeable, and truly made the animal experience something meaningful for the kids (and adults too).

Thank you for sharing your animals and your energy with our community — we absolutely loved having you 🤍

And to all of the families who came — thank you!! It meant so much to see everyone exploring, creating, connecting, and fully embracing the experience. Days like today are exactly why I started Rooted Explorers.

I’m feeling so grateful and will definitely be reflecting more tomorrow after some much needed rest 🌱

As spring continues to unfold, we’ll be exploring, moving, and creating together in nature each week.

Each session is a caregiver-and-me outdoor experience designed to support development through play, connection, and real-world exploration.

🌱 Weekly themes + new park locations
⏰ Wednesdays & Thursdays | 10–11

👶 Ages 1.5–8
👩‍👧 Caregiver participation required

$25 per class
$15 participating sibling

Hello, Spring 🌱

The spring equinox marks a shift — from the slower, quieter rhythms of winter into a season of new growth.

Winter invited us to rest.
Spring invites us to begin again.

Longer days, warmer air, and signs of life starting to emerge all around us — buds on branches, birds returning, and fresh green pushing through the ground.

This is a season for curiosity, movement, and exploration.

Take some time to step outside today and notice the early signs of spring with your child. You might be surprised by how much there is to discover.
