Here are some quick meal prep ideas for your week:

1. Pulled pork BBQ (cooked pork from Costco) with zero sugar BBQ sauce and steamed green beans with butter & garlic
2. Pulled pork tacos with low carb tortillas (mixed pork from Costco with green chilis) will serve on low carb tortilla with cheese and sour cream
3. Smoked marinated chicken and green beans
4. Steak salads- threw the steak on the smoker with chicken. The cooked steak will make for a super quick dinner tomorrow night
5. Low sugar trail mix
6. Smoked Smore pizzookie

We are set for low carb/low sugar lunches and treats for the week! What are you eating this week?

About a year ago, I learned that my son’s body could not process and digest sugar and that started our family on a journey to eat less sugar in our diets to help support him. 6 months ago my friend Ashley introduced me to Ketones and I have been using those as a tool to help boost my energy levels and control sugar cravings ever since. Dropping 20 pounds was nice added bonus as well!
