Missimo Motivation LLC

Missimo Motivation LLC Mental and physical health services via partnerships or direct contact. Specialty in athletes/gamers. Motivation community.

The primary purpose of Missimo Motivation is to inspire, motivate, and lead. I create personalized fitness plans with gym and nutritional guidelines. I also conduct life-coaching as a licensed professional counseling intern and nationally certified counselor. I do this a little differently than most, however, in that I take a sports/exercise psychology & counseling approach to what I do. That means, it's just not a piece of paper that you are getting, but you are getting someone who is looking to help you grow in all areas so that your fitness goals are sustained long term and so you can grow in multiple areas of life, not just physically. I'm also always looking for new ways to reach out to others. I have a passion for speaking, writing, business opportunities, and researching concepts associated with motivation, psychology, sports psychology, and counseling.

YES.

I (Chris) was rejected by multiple PhD programs in my pursuit of Psychology, only to eventually find success in Law. I felt rejected and incapable, but the same personality traits and skills that prevented me from getting a PhD were exactly what works well in law! Be patient and be opportunistic - there is still more ahead of you and the best may still be yet to come.

I appreciate the sentiment, but I think it isn't structured well here. What someone does with their money, job title, and social influence can be directly related to how they treat others! I don't think these are mutually exclusive. Moreover, someone's job title, for example, can demonstrate intelligence, work-ethic, sacrifice, and other characteristics that are impressive and respectable.

This is the mindset of the "opportunist." Every experience presents an opportunity and this includes your experiences with others. When you adopt this perspective, you can evolve and improve your interpersonal relationships going forward.

This is a tough pill to swallow for some of you. There has to come a time when you realize that you are part of the problem by enabling the problem to persist in your life. In family counseling for example, we understand that change can be created by those around the soruce of the problem, not just the problem host.

Those who have lossed understand this quote. I doubt many of them need to be told twice. But for those that have yet to expereince an unexpected loss, head these words. I always says it's better to over-communicate than under-communicate.

Get out of your echo chamber. Realize that you don't have to be the same to be kind, respectful, and civil to one another. That said, this picture seems to take that idea a little far. 😆

Life is inherently difficult. Life inherently involves failure and loss. Thus, you MUST develop resiliency or you will let life win the war. You can desire support, softness, and ease, but desiring something alone won't make it so. You can't change that life is hard, so be proud of developing resiliency as this shall create the opportunity for you to develop a life that has more support, softness, and ease.
