The Quality Service Award recognizes caregivers who consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. This week, we're recognizing Cali Lawrence from Americare - Schilling Gardens.

Since joining the team as a Dietary Cook, Cali has made a lasting impression with the way he connects with residents – often kneeling beside a wheelchair for a one-on-one chat and learning each person’s likes, dislikes and routines. His patience and understanding make a meaningful difference in memory care, where relationships take extra care to build.

Cali’s commitment goes beyond the kitchen. He’s always willing to step in to help PCAs and nurses, and when the dietary manager left unexpectedly, he stepped up to keep both kitchens running smoothly.

Whether delivering hugs, handshakes or home-cooked meals, Cali's kindness leaves a lasting impact on everyone around him.
