Collierville Nursing and Rehabilitation is a nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to the sick and elderly in our community. Collierville Nursing and Rehabilitation will comply with all rules and regulations including the Title IV of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 which is a national law that protects qualified individuals from discrimination based on their disability. As characterized by the absence of separation, discrimination, or any activity carried on, in, by, or for the facility affecting the care treatment of residents. The facility will provide inpatient care without regard to race, creed, color, sexual preference, disability, or national origin. Resident areas are assigned to rooms or sections of the facility on a non-discriminating basis.

The full-time Administrator is responsible for the management and direct operations of the facility and patient care staffing etc.
