The myth: You just need to "push harder" to get result in your body during midlife (and beyond).

We think more is always what's required to meet your rehab, fitness, or weight loss goals.

This is rarely a motivation problem.
It is a physiological shift.

👉 Your body is going through something called the
Musculoskeletal Syndrome of Menopause

Which means:

Your muscles don’t respond the same

Let’s simplify this—because the name sounds more complicated than it is.

👉 Musculoskeletal Syndrome of Menopause just means:

Your body is changing in how it: builds and maintains muscle, support and lubricates your joints, recovers after activity, responds with inflammation.

🤔 So when you feel like:

“Why does everything feel harder?”
