Colder weather calls for warm breakfast ideas....

Try "pumped" up oatmeal!

Each serving is about 320 calories and 31 grams of protein.

Ready in minutes and just two ingredients!

-1/2 cup of dry oats
-1 scoop of protein
-water to desired consistency

Stir and cook for 1 minute in the microwave. Can also add berries or chia seed for added fiber.
