This 2 session series is designed to help you understand, connect with, and strengthen your pelvic floor and deep core to support safe and powerful strength training. Through a blend of education and movement, you’ll learn how your pelvic floor and core work together to stabilize, generate force, and prevent injury—so you can lift, move, and train with confidence.
Each session builds progressively, integrating foundational awareness with functional strength exercises such as planks, squats, jump squats, and deadlifts. You’ll explore proper breathing mechanics, pressure management, and alignment to optimize your performance and protect your core and pelvic health—on and off the mat.
Perfect for those looking to enhance their strength training practice and deepen their understanding of female-focused movement.
