Baby & Me Yoga focuses on gentle yoga for mind-body wellness along w/ baby bonding time. We’ll practice poses w/ babies on the mat, in arms, or option for baby wearing. It’s a great way to connect w/ your little one + others on the parenthood journey!
Class is for caregivers w/ babies (up to pre-crawling.) No yoga experience necessary.
