This Saturday afternoon join yoga teachers and partners Meghan () and Chuck () for an all-levels practice designed to soothe the nervous system and reconnect to the present moment. Through a blend of breath work, gentle flows, adaptive/chair-based variations, meditation, and dharma talks, this 90-minute class invites you to rest, reflect, and re-source your energy.
We’re living in a time of deep uncertainty — politically, socially, and spiritually. The world can feel overwhelming, and it's easy to get swept up in fear, fatigue, or frustration. This class is our way of creating a steady ground beneath our feet.
Each session closes with time for optional community connection and mutual aid building — because we believe self-care and collective care are intertwined.
Come as you are. This space is open to all bodies, identities, backgrounds, and levels of experience. No one turned away for lack of funds. All donations support the South Jersey Food Bank.
