• Three guest speakers sharing insights on aging services, dementia care, and caregiver wellness
• Practical tools and encouragement you can take home with you

Caring for someone with dementia or early memory loss can be emotional, confusing, and exhausting at times.

You should not have to navigate it alone.

Our caregiver courses and support groups provide a welcoming space to learn practical strategies, share experiences, and connect with others who truly understand the caregiving journey.

Support can make the path forward feel a little lighter. You are not alone, and help is available.

Caring for an aging parent or a loved one with disabilities can feel overwhelming at times. You want them to be safe, engaged, and treated with dignity, even when you cannot be there every moment.

That is where our Adult Day Program can help.

At St. John’s Community Care, participants spend the day in a welcoming, structured environment filled with conversation, activities, and memory-support programming led by a compassionate team.

Families gain peace of mind. Participants gain connection, routine, and a place where they truly belong. Learn more about our Adult Day Services: stjohnscc.org/adult-day-program
