I do not operate a storefront or public business from my home.

I work from home as an independent wellness coach and distributor. I carry retail product and fulfill orders for my existing client base, just like many people who sell online, bake from home, or work as realtors and consultants.

This is compliant with city guidelines and health department regulations.

Same work. Same heart.

Hey friends! I wanted to share a quick update on what Nutrition Nook looks like moving forward.

Nutrition Nook is no longer operating as a traditional walk-in nutrition club with set hours. I’ve transitioned it into a home-based business, which gives me the flexibility to dive deeper into the Herbalife side of things—trainings, meetings, events, and some really exciting growth opportunities.

What does that mean for you?
👉 I won’t have regular, structured hours anymore
👉 You’re still welcome to text or call to see if I’m available
👉 I’ll still be using this page to share monthly flavors, challenges, and updates

This isn’t a goodbye—it’s just a new season and a new way of doing things. I’m so grateful for every single person who has supported Nutrition Nook, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
