Leola Jean (Wilkins) Runels, 81, of Collinsville, Oklahoma passed March 15, 2021, in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born to Cecil and Myrtle (Rogers) Wilkins in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 30, 1939.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Jean married the love of her life, Ronald Lee Runels at Glenwood Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 4, 1957. From their union, three children were born.

Jean was the glue that held her family together. Her stalwart faith, maintained throughout her life, guided everyone around her. She was known for her pie-making prowess and took great pride in preparing the best pies ever. She raised three children while working full time for Security Pacific Bank, and later Bank of America, retiring from there later as an assistant manager. After her retirement, she spent her time attending church, playing bunko, quilting, baking, and caring for her husband. Among her favorite activities was spending time with her large extended family, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and life-long friends. Her care and concern for everyone was evident throughout her life. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Collinsville before moving to Scottsdale, AZ in October 2020. Jean was preceded in death by her husband of more than 63 years, Ronald Lee Runels.

Left to cherish her memories are their loving children, Debra White and husband Robert, of Claremore, OK, Vicki Lynes and husband Steve, of Fountain Hills, AZ, and Doug Runels and wife Melinda, of Bristow, OK; four grandchildren, Kristi Smith-Sullivan and husband, Scott, of Austin, TX, David Runels and wife Cindy, of Scottsdale, AZ, Heather Weaver and husband Richard, of Midland, TX, and Kimberly Runels and partner Matthew Brantley, of Corvallis, OR; eight great-grandchildren: Kourtni, Jacob, Lauren, Henry, Connor, Chase, Alexandria, and William; a host of other relatives and friends also survive her.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 2nd, 2021, from 9 am to 7 pm at Parsons-Canoe-Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with family being present from 4 pm to 7 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, April 3rd, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Collinsville with Dr. Tim Prock officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Cemetery in Leach, Oklahoma.

Katherine Ann Claybrook, 52, of Pryor, Oklahoma passed away Friday, January 8th, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born to Warren and Barbara Cook on May 7th, 1968, in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Floyd and Ethel Cook, and her maternal grandparents, James, and Doris Allison.

Katherine married the love of her life, Tommy Scott Claybrook in Oologah, Oklahoma on September 28th, 1991. From this union, three children were born.

She loved many things including coloring, music, and OU Football. Katherine’s children meant the world to her. She could often be found biking or watching her favorite TV crime shows. Katherine received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Left to cherish her memories is her loving husband of 29 years, Tommy Scott Claybrook of Pryor, OK; parents; three children, Dillion Ray Claybrook and fiancé, Megan Cobb, of Pryor, OK, Travis Warren Claybrook, of Pryor, OK, and Myracle Ann Claybrook and fiancé, Arik Gunter, of Pryor, OK; two brothers, Kevin Cook, and wife, Suzanne, of Oklahoma City, OK, and William Cook and wife, Pamela, of Verdigris, OK; one sister, Kimberly Garland and Craig Kupec, of Melbourne, FL.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021 from 12 pm to 6 pm in the Parsons-Canoe-Beggs Funeral Home Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 14th, 2021 at 2 pm at Fairview Cemetery in Talala, Oklahoma.

Jessie Lynn (Feathers) Shell, 61, passed away Tuesday, January 12th, 2021 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. She was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on March 17th, 1959 to Richard and Lindia (Adair) Feathers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Lucas Shell Jr. and Jackie Shell; two sisters, Nina Waeltz and Wanda Nakedhead; two brothers, Joe Scott and Lawrence Scott; and two nephew, Raymond Sanders and Thomas Waeltz.

Jessie loved her family deeply. She loved sewing, writing and could always be found watching wrestling. She always enjoyed her occasional drive while listening to music.

Left to Cherish her memory is two daughters, Dawneva Shell, of Stilwell and Geneva Shell and companion, Eric Salazar, of Stilwell; one son, Luke Shell; five grandchildren, Summer Shell, William Gregory, Channelle Gregory, Isaac Adair, and Sophie Adair; one soon to be great-grandson, Carmello; two sisters, Linda Waeltz and husband Kelly, of Decatur, Arkansas and Celia Adair, of Stilwell; three brothers, Roy Feathers, of Stilwell, JB Feathers, of Stilwell, and Dusty Feathers, of Stilwell; a host of other relatives and friends also survive her.

A viewing will be held from 12 pm to 1 pm on Monday, January 18th, 2021, at Chulio Cemetery in Stilwell, Oklahoma. A Graveside Service will be held 1 pm, Monday, January 18th, 2021 at the Chulio Cemetery in Stilwell, Oklahoma. If you plan to attend the service, please wear a mask.

Ronald Lee Runels, 81, of Collinsville, Oklahoma passed January 6, 2021 in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was born to Tommy Leon and Ada Elaine (Leach) Runels in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 6, 1939.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ronnie married the love of his life, Leola Jean Wilkins at Glenwood Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 4, 1957. From their union, three children were born.

Ron was known as the family genius and could often be found in his shack working on his Ham Radio or in the computer room assembling, disassembling, or tinkering with a computer. He holds two patents for his work on mass spectrometers and he built the control electronics for the sampling arm of the Mars Viking Space Probe that was sent to Mars in the 1970s. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Collinsville before moving to Scottsdale, AZ in October of 2020.
