Two weeks until our annual Earth Day Class, co-hosted with Westfield High School Science Club! All proceeds go to support the club events! This special class will be a friendly easy flow class, where we stay very grounded and connected to the Earth. Please come fill the studio!

We request a donation of $10/each and all proceeds to the Westfield High School Science Club. Memberships and class packs may be used, and $10 will still be donated to the Science Club for your participation.

Returning Friday April 17 at 7pm, Pamela Bliss will return to our studio for An Evening of Enchantment. Join us for an evening of empowerment, comfort, healing, and guidance. She will conduct a brief guided meditation to connect with Spirit to provide audience readings. Audience members are invited to ask for spiritual guidance for all present to witness and learn.

Happy Easter! This week we have all of our regular classes + Yoga Skill Lab on Saturday. Yoga Skill Lab is a free offering that is for any student who would like individual coaching on a specific pose. Whether it's exploring a new tricky balance that we rarely teach in class, or finding adaptations to get more comfortable in commonly offered poses, I set aside this time for you to deepen your pose practice. Find a pose you're curious about practicing more, and come and let's play!

1 - An Evening of Enlightenment with Pamela Bliss is coming on Friday April 17 from 7pm-9pm ✨
2 - Our annual Earth Day Yoga Class co-hosted with the Westfield High School Science Club is returning on Wednesday April 22 at 5:30pm. This class will take the place of Moon Flow and Let Go, and all proceeds will go to the Science Club. 🌎

Did you know that it is believed that April the month's name is named after the Greek goddess Aphrodite?

This seems like a good opportunity to remind you that our current book club pick is "Goddesses in Everywoman: Powerful Archetypes in Women's Lives" by Jean Shinoda Bolen. I LOVE THIS BOOK. Are you reading it? I found a quiz to tell me which of the goddesses I was and it is DEAD ON. I'll drop the link in the comments. Take the quiz, read the book, and see if you agree.

One breath at a time

Kind Tribe Yoga is a traveling tribe of yogis. We love vinyasa flow yoga, fun music, pop up yoga classes, manifesting happiness in our lives, and being kind to others and ourselves.

Yoga is the conscious creation of a place of peace in our mind. By moving our body, we are able to focus. We're not trying to "get out of our head" but moving towards a place where we can quiet and come home to our mind. By quieting the distraction we reconnect to our true selves, making space for what is truly important to us to come forward. This connection and openness allows for manifestation of our goals to happen even without us forcing actions.

Why Kind Tribe Yoga? Kindness should always be our action, our energy toward each other and toward ourselves. Kind people assume the best of people and their actions. We are optimistic about the future. We are excited for our futures, to root for each other and watch each other grow.
