I am so excited and proud to announce our newest therapist! She and I have known each other professionally for several years and have great admiration and respect for each other. 

Katy was born and raised in Dinwiddie/Prince George counties. She is married to Chris and together they have three daughters. They enjoy traveling together as a family. In her free time she enjoys going to concerts, hanging out with her girls, and trying new foods/restaurants.

She has been a massage therapist for almost 10 years and absolutely loves what she does. Working equal times in a spa and at a chiropractors office. She tends to lean more towards the health care side of things. Her specialties include: Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, and Medical Massage. She is very excited to join the team and looks forward to working with you.

Join me in welcoming David, our new Licensed Massage Therapist!🥳🥳 His current schedule will be awesome for those who work all day/week.
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 12-8pm, and Saturday 10am-6pm.

Dave medically retired from law enforcement after 22 years to focus on his mental health. In 2024, he graduated from a massage program in RVA. Because of his life experiences, Dave has an unconventional knowledge of the human body and uses it to help others heal. He specializes in all things therapeutic, including myofascial release, neuromuscular technique, and trigger point therapy. Dave quickly discovered that helping others heal has a healing effect on him, too. Dave is on a healing journey to overcome severe social anxiety and PTSD stemming from childhood abuse, neglect, and homelessness.
