We have entered the holiday season. Due to recent events, some individuals will have a hard time providing food for their family during this holiday season.

Give back and help your community by donating 5 nonperishables and receive 10% off any session you book now through the end of the year.

Each time you bring in 5 nonperishables to your session, you will receive 10% off. So keep bringing it in!

Examples:

Canned goods
Dried goods

Beans

Apple Sauce

Maintaining good posture is crucial for overall health and well-being, as it reduces the risk of back and neck pain, improves breathing and digestion, and can even boost confidence and mental health.

These are some factors that contribute to poor posture:

Sedentary Lifestyle:�
Prolonged sitting or standing in poor positions can lead to muscle imbalances and poor posture.

��Poor Ergonomics:�
Unsuitable furniture or work setups can contribute to slouching and poor posture. ��

Weak or Tight Muscles:�
Weak core muscles or tight back muscles can make it difficult to maintain good posture. ��

Stress and Fatigue:�
Stress and fatigue can lead to slouching and poor posture. �

Certain Medical Conditions:�
Some medical conditions, such as scoliosis or arthritis, can affect posture.

There are ways you can improve your posture over time.

Be mindful of your posture, Practice good ergonomics, Strengthen core muscles, Stretch regularly, Maintain a healthy weight, and seek professional advice.
