Patient case example- She had one vaginal birth and 2 C sections.

Has been experiencing leakage with jumping and running.

Here’s a few examples of how we look at posture, pressure management and loading strategies. We made a quick change with these 2 exercises in her urgency, and will keep working on loading her hips to set her pelvic floor up well for impact.

We must look at the pelvic floor as a system, how is it working with the body? Breath, spine, hips and core all play a big role!
