It all started with a mat at the park and people curious about yoga who supported me since day one.
💛 As a military wife, I found strength in community, and from that love GroundwithLu was born, a space for healing, connection, and growth. Forever grateful for this journey and everyone who has been part of it.

💛 Como esposa de un militar, encontré fuerza en la comunidad, y de ese amor nació GroundwithLu, un espacio de sanación, conexión y crecimiento. Siempre agradecida por este camino y por todos los que han formado parte de él.
