💙 Meet Our Team | Introducing Raelene Howard 💙

We are honored to introduce the next member of the New Visions Recovery Solutions team—meet Raelene Howard.

Raelene is a powerful voice for transformation and a living testament to the fact that it is never too late to start a new chapter. Having navigated a journey marked by substance abuse and significant mental health challenges, Raelene found her path to freedom three and a half years ago. Through the grace of God and a steadfast commitment to healing, she has completely redefined her life.

Her journey is one of incredible restoration. Raelene moved from the instability of living in her car to the safety of a loving home, and from the pain of abusive relationships to a life filled with healthy, supportive, and meaningful connections. Central to her strength is her faith; today, her relationship with the Lord is the cornerstone of her recovery and her purpose.

Now, Raelene dedicates her life to serving as a Youth Mentor and Support Specialist. She uses her lived experience to serve as:

A Source of Guidance: Offering practical tools to help youth get back on the right track.

An Encouraging Friend: Providing the authentic connection that struggling teens need to feel seen.

A Beacon of Hope: Showing that stability, peace, and healing are possible for anyone.

Raelene believes that a solid foundation of support is the most powerful tool in recovery. She is honored to be that foundation for the young people in our community, guiding them toward a brighter, healthier future.

Eric is a pillar of resilience, celebrating nearly a decade of personal recovery from addiction. His lived experience is the foundation of his work, allowing him to connect with others from a place of deep empathy and authentic understanding.

With seven years of dedicated experience mentoring teens, Eric is a Certified Addiction Specialist who specializes in motivational interviewing. He empowers young people to build self-awareness, confidence, and the internal drive needed to create lasting, positive change.

Eric also brings creativity into his work as a singer and DJ, thoughtfully using music as a tool for connection, expression, and encouragement. He believes rhythm and melody can open doors, build trust, and support healing conversations when words alone fall short.

His well-rounded approach to wellness is further supported by his interests in:
