Tend your body like a garden🌿
Care begins at the root and the root is the core of all practice.
Support your inner ecosystem first.
Your gut is the seat of immunity, mood, hormones, and skin. Take in probiotics and prebiotics so your body can do what it already knows how to do: self-regulate.
Hydration is non-negotiable. Alkaline waters carries minerals, flushes waste, and moves stagnation.
When you add plant allies like chlorophyll, pure cranberry, pineapple, or gentle herbs, you’re supporting lymph, kidneys, digestion, and cellular repair.
Reduce what burdens the body. I promise your body will thank you when you reduce the excess of alcohol, refined sugars, and ultra-processed foods because this can inflame tissues and drain energy.
Move your body with awareness. It’s circulation.
Bodies are storage centers for stress and emotion.
Anything you can do to move, will help you feel good!
Stretch daily, even briefly. Five to fifteen minutes keeps fascia supple, joints nourished, and the nervous system calmer.
Consistency is more powerful than intensity.
Eat living /raw foods. Fruits hydrate, mineralize, and cleanse gently. Vegetables provide fiber, bitter compounds that keep digestion moving, hormones balanced, blood sugar stable, and detox pathways open.
Honor hygiene, take care of your skin .
It’s your bodies biggest organ and what it touches matters.
Clean hands, clean nails, clean linens.
Wash or change pillowcases weekly.
Clear boundaries are a form of health care.
Rest is medicine. Sleep repairs tissues, balances hormones, and integrates healing.
Tend to your mind and emotions.
Therapy, reflection, spiritual practice because these are not separate from health. Unprocessed stress becomes physical. Support is strength.
Affirm yourself daily.
Words shape biology.
Speak to yourself the way you would to someone you love.
You are here to be well.
To be rooted.
To tend your own garden first 🌱
